Verkar som Markmonitor har fått lite problem. Fick det här av en kund som köpte en domän av mig i höstas:

"I purchased xxx.se from you last fall and now the .SE Registry has
requested a signed agreement from the previous domain name holder
authorizing the ownership change of xxx.se. Originally, my
registrar, MarkMonitor, built the .SE Registry’s policies into their Terms
and Conditions; however, this has since been determined to be not
acceptable at the registry. We are now required to provide ownership
change documents for any domain that has changed registrant information
within the last 10 months. Due to the registry deadline, please return
this signed document no later then Wednesday January 20th. The attached
document is required for the Ownership Change of the following domain name
- xxx.SE. Please complete the attached document as per the
instructions below.”
