non-exclusive deal of $5000 (maximum
offer and will be based on you providing us space for 3 ad units) a month
(3-month contract, reviewed after 3 months. Do note that this is assuming your
figures are accurate. After 3 months we would discuss with you in regards to
having an exclusive deal with you or continuing with the current arrangement
based on what your traffic is like at that time. Should you wish to go
exclusive with us after 3 months we will offer you more than you currently earn
from all ad networks.





Definition: For the
avoidance of doubt we have defined what we mean by “non-exclusive” deals.

Non-Exclusive: A
non-exclusive deal allows you to continue working with your other ad networks and
also working with us.



Do note: If you currently
work with Google adsense, we would require you to have no more than one or two
adsense unit on any page you place our ad units as we do from time to time use
adsense as a “filler”.





Expectancy: We would
expect no less than 4,000,000 banner impressions served for a non-exclusive
deal





In order for us to make
you a concrete offer and sign a 3 month contract, we would need to evaluate
your website for 7 days. We will provide you with your own unique code to place
on your site for the said 7 days after the 7 days we will make you an offer
based on the stats we get from your website. Please note that we require our
ads to be above the fold on any page inserted.
