Vi använder Crystone, på gott och ont. Just nu gör det väldigt ont tyvärr. Crystone är nämligen svartlistade hos Hotmail/Live vilket innebär att mejlen vi skickar via PHP (orderbekräftelser, nyhetsbrev etc) inte går fram till de som använder en hotmail eller live-adress. Mejlet landar inte i någon SPAM-mapp utan de raderas helt och hållet per automatik. Detta har pågått nu i över två veckor och de enda svaren vi fått från Crystone är att de jobbar på att bli vitlistade igen. Hur lång tid detta kan tänkas ta har de ingen aning om.

Någon mer som råkat ut för detta, eller som kanske har några tips på hur man kan komma runt detta?

Thank you for writing to Windows Live Hotmail Domain Support. My name is Aaron and I will be assisting you today.
Your IP (XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX) is currently being throttled based on its reputation within our systems.
Hotmail/Windows Live Mail limits the number of email messages a particular IP can send within a time period. Based on an IP's reputation (built based on various data sources) it is allotted an allowed sending limit per unit of time. When an IP (sender) exceeds its allowed limit, any further SMTP commands from the IP will receive the SMTP error code 421 from Hotmail/Windows Live Mail and the connection terminated.
In order to help resolve blocks of this nature from being levied on your IP, your company needs to clean up your mailing lists by removing the complaining Windows Live Hotmail customers. You may wish to look into our Junk Mail Reporting Partner Program (JMRP).
This program is a long-term solution that we offer as recourse for senders who have been blocked because of Junk Mail Reporting (JMR) by Hotmail customers. Enrollment in this program will benefit you as a sender as it will keep your email lists updated and populated with interested Windows Live Hotmail Customers. Participation in this program will help you to remove those Windows Live Hotmail Customers who do not want to receive emails from your company. I hope that you will investigate joining this program. Please be aware that this is not a 'Safe list.' If your company's sending IP continues to exceed the allowable number of complaints, it could be blocked again. This program is not intended to be a solution for blocks initiated by our SmartScreen or Brightmail Spam filters.
Also, please make sure that you have SPF/SIDF records in place. If you would like to receive the benefits of email authentication and validation, you need to create and add an SPF record for each domain. You can easily create your SPF record via our Sender-ID wizard located at http://www.microsoft.com/senderid/wizard Note this wizard provides flexibility to customize your records. To maximize compatibility and deliverability among receiving networks we strongly encourage NOT to include a "PTR" record (as also discouraged by the IETF in RFC 4408), and to create a record optimized for BOTH the "Mail From" and the Purported Responsible Address, (PRA).
After you have taken steps to enroll in the JMRP and Sender ID, please contact us again and we will further investigate the issue. Please include the SRX number you were given when beginning your JMRP enrollment.

Hotmail has created the Smart Network Data Services program. This is a service that helps legitimate email senders work with their customers and partners to reduce spam originating from their IP. To register, please go to http://postmaster.msn.com/snds. This program allows a sender to monitor the 'health' of their IPs.
While using the SNDS tool, enrollment in the JMRP or having your IPs registered with Sender ID will not allow emails from your mail servers to bypass our filters, using these tools and technologies can help legitimate companies deliver their emails to Hotmail Customers.
