Webmaster / Content Manager – Acne E-Commerce
Acne is a Swedish fashion brand that designs, markets and distributes high-end denim and fashion. The company was born out of a fusion between fashion and denim and has embraced its heritage in the area ever since inception. Acne's products are sold at more than 700 retailers in 40 countries around the world, and also through fourteen Acne concept stores in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Berlin, Hamburg, Oslo, Paris, New York, Vienna and Copenhagen. Acne is a growth company managed from a head office in Stockholm, where about 60 people work. Beside the headquarter, Acne currently has offices in Paris, Copenhagen, Oslo, London, Milan and Munich.

Job Description
The position as Webmaster within our E-Commerce Department is a demanding one. The job provides you with a broad understanding of our business and your assignments will range from work within long-term development projects to online merchandising and follow-up tasks on a daily basis. You will work within a department of crucial importance to our business which is closely linked to the daily operations within the Buying, Marketing and Logistics departments and you will learn about all the different aspects of e-commerce and fashion business.

Tasks include the following:

• Maintain an attractive presentation of online stores and all areas of online merchandising and marketing.
• Manage online product content including product descriptions, pictures, product metadata, and categorization and pricing.
• Effect necessary changes to product placement to improve sales and margin performance. Increase conversion and average order size through online merchandise management of best sellers, product promotions, up sell and cross sell opportunities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (E-Commerce, Production, Design, Logistics and Marketing) to accomplish website merchandising, marketing and overall aesthetics of the website.
• Manage web promotions and email calendar to be in sync with marketing promotional calendars.
• Oversee and help streamline the sample hand-off to the Photo Studio. Ensure the samples are processed, shot, uploaded and returned in an efficient and timely
  manner.

QUALIFICATIONS
As an ideal candidate you will be an enthusiastic and strong communicator and able to manage and meet multiple deadlines. You will be passionate about fashion in general and Acne products and brand in particular. You also have a passion for the web and its possibilities.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Good knowledge in HTML, CSS, Photoshop
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office products and PC environment
• Demonstrated knowledge of Web design, navigation, usability and coding standards.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously within tight deadlines
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Strong planning, organizational and problem solving skills
• Strong sales focus
• Talented with numbers
• Strong communication skills in written and spoken English and Swedish
• Willing to work hard and long hours and prepared to travel

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors / Masters Degree or equivalent
• Working knowledge of Web 2.0, database systems and JavaScript
• Demonstrate a clear understanding of how to write for the Web
• Work experience within the fashion-industry is preferable
• 2-4 years experience as a Webmaster, Web Designer or Web Developer
• Knowledge of Digital Asset Management
• Knowledge of XML or Flash a plus
