We are writing to you in regards to the 2 letter .NU domain name you recently registered with us: XX.nu

As you may know, these are premium names and, as such, carry a higher cost per year registration. The issue we have had is that these were incorrectly priced in our system at the standard rate and were sold at the standard rate instead of the premium rate.

We have made the corrections in our system so that going forward these domains cannot be purchased at the standard rate. Next we would like to address the premium domains that were previously purchased at non-premium rates.

We can suggest one of the following:

1. you keep the domain name, however at the time of renewal it will come at the standard premium rate

2. we refund the amount you paid for the domain name (if it is within 9 month of registration), however once this is done you lose the control over the domain
