Jag har en site som jag funderar på att sälja och några har hört av sig och vill köpa den. Men jag har inte sålt någon site förut. Vad kan man få för en site som denna?

The site started in 2008
Since start the site has had 102,356 visits from 81,925 visitors. An average visit is about 1,5 minutes and 2,5 pages per visit.
Main market is US, UK, Sweden, Germany, Canada, Netherlands, France, Taiwan, Belgium and Japan. About 20% is returning visitors. 71% of traffic comes from organic search, 15 from other sites and 12% direct.

The site is based on Wordpress and Buddypress.
I have developed the taxonomy and custom code/function/theme.
There is about 260 members
There is a twitter account connected to the site.
There is a newsletter that goes out once a month automatically with new whiskies to the members.
The site has two kind of content, structured whisky information and aggregated whisky news. In total there is about 16,768 articles on the site and counting.
The site is run on NGINX on a VPS (I pay 17EUR a month for this)
The site have affiliates with The Whisky Exchange, Master of Malt, Abbey Whisky & The Drink Shop. The income depends from year to year (2011: 1543EUR, 2012: 624EUR)
