I also had a bad experience with SnapBack. They sent me the invoice that the domain was registered, but it was not true. The domain was registered by different snapback service. I send them several emails but they didn't send me any reply. In the meantime they purchased the domain, and transferred it to my name without telling me about it. I think this kind of activity is not fair and nice.
