Hej

Jag har en kund som flyttade sin hemsida från telia till Loopia, detta innebar att deras e-postadresser flyttades också, nu visar det sig dock att de ej kan skicka mail till telia adresser!.

Detta är felmeddelandet man får när man försöker skicka:

Som ni märkte har jag bytt ut e-postadresserna. Vi har försökt kontakta support hos
både loopia och telia och de skyller på varandra.
Nån som vet hur detta kan avhjälpas?
