IT Service Delivery Senior ManagerArbetsuppgifter och tjänstenFor our client Xylem we are seeking a Service Delivery Senior Manager who will partner with the Information Technology and Business Partner Management to identify and define strategic directions to innovate, deliver, protect and support the various applications of the Enterprise Application team. You will develop and communicate the defined strategic direction and manage a group, consisting of three, responsible for delivery of services and overall IT support. The scope of the business partner relationship may be operational, tactical, or strategic, as needed.

The Service Delivery Senior Manager is overall responsible for directing and aligning priorities of IT projects with tactical and strategic priorities of business and for the success of one or more area within the job family. In the position you will also establish and implement a Xylem specific project model.

* Coordinate and oversee single as well as multiple projects
* Establish and run the Program Management Office for all projects under your responsibility
* Coordinate internal IT and Business resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
* Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
* Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
* Follow up, measure and report project performance
* Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
* Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation according to Xylem IT governance rules
* Coach and develop the direct reports

The Service Delivery Senior Manager develops, manages and nurtures a solid IT / business partner relationship for all Enterprise Application technologies. The relationships with business partners are typically with individual contributors and all levels of management.

Erfarenhet, utbildning och person

We are looking for a candidate who possesses extensive experience from leading large, complex and international projects. A project management certification and experience from several project management tools is a merit.

Your educational background is a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, related field, or equivalent work experience.

To be successful in this role you are a self-motivated, structured person with high integrity. You have the ability to solve the most complex problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. You can define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. You look beyond existing methodologies and own discipline to define and resolve complex problems and have the ability to deliver results in a fast changing business. You are collaborative and able to stay calm in high pressure situations. Last but not least you are a natural leader and have the ability to coach and inspire others.
