Detta är den senaste infon om cn jag hittade. från 2012. Du verkar även behöva lokal kontakt om jag kommer ihåg rätt. För mycket jobb att registrera den då man behöver skicka in papper men nu vet du reglerna iaf. Kostnaden ligger på ca 40 USD.

The registry has opened up registration for 2LD.cn, 3LD.cn domains for individual type registrant. Any natural person from any country can register for 2LD.cn, 3LD.cn The registration requirement for individual registrant on .CN domains will be published in the website soon.

At the same time, the registry has decided to lift the local presence requirement for newly registered .CN domains. Organization from the selected 48 countries can now register their very own CN domains. Please refer to the registration T&C in your partner central for the list of the eligible countries.

Note: For Organization type, the Registrant is required to provide the business registration certificate of his own country that is within its validity period, personal contact ID and letter of commitment. For individual registrant, it is only required to submit the personal contact ID and letter of commitment.
