Sorry, i posting in english, i just reading tv text news on channel 5, about the new w.e.a.p.o.n from skatteverket called "Xenon" a search engine to cath people cheating with taxes,

let's see, i have some websites in a Server in USA, the websites are managed from some country in america, and a affiliate company(prefer to not mention the name) pay me direct to my swedish bank account , i just have two years leaving here in sweden wiht my swedish sambo, and i have a normal job here in sweden contracted by a swedish company they take the taxes from my salary as everybody else who live here

the million dollar question should i pay skatts for a comercial activities outside sweden?

yes yes, i know i can call to them and ask , but please i will not do that , firts i prefer to ask here is somebody have a similar situation

If you do any work from sweden updating / managing those websites, then yes you should pay taxes. All business run IN sweden should pay taxes in sweden. However I think XENON is mainly targeted at finding people systematiclly selling stuff on blocket.se, tradera.se, ebay etc though. Not sure at all on that point though. Our dear skatteverket are very fond of scare mongering. One could say that and "jante" is their primary way of enforcing taxes :P
