Sitter och funderar på ifall det är tillåtet för mig att utlysa en tävling i vilken de som handlar hos min affilate vinner någonting?! Det känns lite fult men jag hittar ingen info i avtalet om att jag inte får göra så.

Här är den informationen jag utgår ifrån:
"Through our interface, the affiliate can access customer information and email addresses in statistic purposes. The affiliate has under no circumstances any right to use this information in any purpose that might compromise our privacy policy. The affiliate has no right to sell or in any way dispose the information in any way whatsoever. The information must be treated like personal info with proper consideration. The affiliate is liable to refrain from actions like contacting the customer, or advertise products or services to the customer in any way that might conflict with our privacy policy."

Eller finns det någon självklar lag eller nått som jag glömt?
