Är det en affiliate så brukar man kunna få upp till 9 gånger månadsintäkten om den har en positiv utveckling.

Vad baserar du den siffran på? Hade ett snack med Empire Flippers tidigare som värderat lite annorlunda.

- Revenue spread across multiple products is better
- Primary concern is whether or not operation requires your specific skill set
- Revenue diversity is key
- Methodology is key, and document it, how you ranked, or how you ran fb ads etc
- Even with diversification we're looking at 24-26x net monthly revenue with an 1 year old site
- 1m+ fee is: 12% commission, 2m+ 10%, 5m+ 8%
- Empire Flipper value prop is seller protections, and act as escrow. ie. if they pay 90% of the instalments, and don't pay the last 10%, you still hold access to your assets.
