Q) What is included in the sale?

The sale is for the domain name only. The actual website is a single page of asp code hosted on a Windows 2003 server. If the winner of the auction wishes to continue the arrangement I've had with the host, Shanje (see above), and the Shanje people agree, then the website could be used and developed as is. If the winner chooses to move the domain name to their own hosting then the winner will be responsible for building a new website of their own design in the location of their choosing. Given the nature of this auction I would imagine the winner would take the latter course and arrange a smooth switch-over to a site of their own design. I only warrant a clear title to the domain name.
