Jag kollade med supporten för socialengine.net och fick detta svar:
Thanks for your interest in SocialEngine. Yes, if you sell your website you can transfer your license along with the website. The main restriction is that you cannot outright resell your license since that is against the software license.

Så med andra ord är det inga problem med att köpa sidan inkl licensen.
