Jag uppdaterade til senaste OpenX dvs 2.4.7 men det hjälpte inte. Däremot tror jag att jag hittat "felet" ... det verkar som OpenAds/OpenX även reggar visningar och klick från sökmotorer och det är därför diffen är så stor.
Det verkar mao inte vara något fel på Googles statistik. Någon admin får gärna byta rubriken på denna tråd till tex "Stor diff i statistik mellan OpenAds & Google AdSense.

Jag lade även till "3gse bot" som hade många klick. Skumt att inte detta är konfigurerat som standard i OpenX.
Även detta är intressant:
"First off, you should make sure that a robots.txt file is placed in the root directory of OpenX. OpenX has already included robot files inside certain folders, however for these to work you must have your domain pointed directly at the OpenX directory or the OpenX admin/delivery directories.
If you have installed OpenX into a subdirectory of your domain (
www.example.com/openx ) then you will need to place a copy of robots.txt into the root directory (
www.example.com/robots.txt )
The content of robots.txt in the root directory of OpenX is:
User-agent: *
Disallow: /
You want to move this file into the root directory of your domain, and change the 'Disallow' part to match the foldername you use for OpenX
User-agent: *
Disallow: /openx/
However, not all spiders/bots follow the rules of robots.txt - but this will certainly help."
