Om man beställer kvalitetslänkar så är svaret JA.

Om jag t.ex. är ute efter 50 PR 4+ länkar (relevanta) så använder jag en kravlista som ser ut så här ungefär:

- No directory listing links
- One link per domain only
- Links should come from different C-Class IP's
- United States IP's only
- All Links must be permanent (no articles)
- Link pages must relate /relevant to topic
- Links must be in different text combinations (to be provided)
- No links from fake PR pages
- Links must be on dot com sites
- Links must be in text, no graphics.
- Links must be PERMANENT
- The page my link apear on must have at least 50 inbound links
- No Flash sites or pages please
- No free websites like Geocities etc
- Links must contain target anchor text (to be provided)
- Links from websites that already link to my site will not be counted.
- Must be manually submitted. No use of Automated software (e.g., Zeus, Arelis or others)
- NO freely hosted sites -geocities, tripod etc.
- No Scraped content, mirror sites, link schemes and sites overrun with contextual ads, popups, intrusive advertising, etc.
- NO FFA, link farms, link-exchange programs, forums, guestbooks, porn, religious extremist, frame site, illegal sites, etc.
- Linking page must not have more than 20 existing links per page
- Links must be static and direct using anchor text and title tag
- No "sponsored" links, advertisers, links, ads or similar
- No sites using dynamically generated links, MouseOvers or other PageRank-hoarding tricks
- All links should be free and not paid links (I don't want a monthly bill for these links)
- All links must be indexable by Googlebot
- Links must be in different text combinations.
- No - rel="nofollow", robots.txt blocking, framed or cloaked pages, flash pages, etc.
- All links must be visible and readable. (no hidden links please)
- One way links only
- Links cannot include a rel=nofollow tag
- Links cannot be from framed pages
- All must come from English language sites
- No JavaScript or redirect script
- Link Page should be navigated directly from the sites homepage
- No article submission
- Links from websites that already link to my site will not be counted
- Quality links are key. As such only when I am satisfied will payment be issued.

I will require an Excel file with the following info:
1. Site Title
2. Site type
3. Site URL
4. Site PR
5. URL of page with link
6. URL Page PR
7. Anchor Text
8. Date Submitted
9. Date Accepted

I reserve the right to reject sites that do not meet my terms and will require you to add suitable replacement links.
