Men stripe jobbar inte med Malta än skickade email till stripe och fick följande svar:

Så stripe funkar för företag i Sverige men inte Malta.
Kommer att ha refunds på 1%-5% beroende på produkt, så om det inte är gratis eller kostar för mycket är det lika med konkurs.
Braintree som du nämnt verkar ta noll i avgift för refunds:
