What I don't understand is, why would they want a third party like Quantcast getting involved with something that deals with WordPress self hosted sites. I understand using them for WordPress.com as it's a service owned and operated by Automattic, they can do with it as they see fit but it's a different can of worms when dealing with the self hosted environment.
