Copyright Agreement

For valuable consideration received, XXX grants to XXX the rights and transfer of all interest and claim to XXX and the related design files, hereinafter referred to as (“the material”).

Copyright to the above listed work is hereby transferred to XXX, effective as of 9 September, 2010, including, and without limitation, the right to publish the work in whole or in part in any and all forms and media, now or hereafter known.

XXX retains the following rights in regard to the material:

* The right to display the material as part of a portfolio.

XXX also warrants that the designs provided are entirely his or her own work and is aware that misrepresentation of ownership will result in potential damages and costs.
