I wouldn't recommend it, but I think you can get that kind of access at Bahnhof as well...
The reasonable thing to do is to get a good server (it's been years since we had a hardware failure) and a decent SLA. If the thing crashes in the midddle of a winter storm, you can stay in the comfort of your home while your service provider goes to check on the server
