"This customer account has been locked. The payment method used has been suspended from further use in our system. All charges made to this payment method were refunded and all products were canceled. The refund should be posted back to the original payment method within 5 – 7 business days or up to 10 days for international accounts.

This action was taken for one or more of the below reasons:
 The billing information provided to us at the time of purchase does not match that on record.
 The billing information provided appears to be incomplete/invalid.
 It appears that someone other than the authorized payment method account holder may have made the purchase using a computer from outside of the listed billing locale.
 We were unable to verify purchase authorization with the listed payment method account holder.

Jag har ju alltid betalat med ett av mina VISA-kort. Antager att en faxning är att föredra framför en e-postad bild? Nu känner jag mig faktiskt något stissig!!
