"In an ADR action before the Prague Arbitration Court, the complainant Axel Arnulf Pfennig from Düsseldorf has managed to annul the registration of the domain names ARZT, BLUMEN, ANAL, BOXEN, BUERO, CHARTS, FKK, GARTEN, ESCORT, FAX, FERIEN, HAUS, JOBS, LIEBE, KINO, KREDIT, MOEBEL, PARTY, SEGELN, WETTER, VOYEUR, WEBCAM, STRIP and TENNIS under the top level domain .eu.
The generic domains were registered during the Sunrise Period 1 on the basis of Swedish trademarks, each of which embodied the symbol ‘&’ between the letters."
