Digitally Imported shut off the streams on their free stations as part of a Day of Silence on June 26, 2007.[8] Their free streams were replaced by ambient noise, with a repeating announcement urging listeners to call their United States Senators and Representatives and tell them to support the Internet Radio Equality Act.

As of October 2008, Digitally Imported is still operating, and have not released any news on the possible shutdown since 2007.

Feb. 14, 2009 DI.FM is offline.

Nåja. Men kanske är det FÖR många lyssnare för att stänga av!?

Kanske fler än mig som inte lyssnat på nåt annat de senaste sju åren...! :-)

Hittade just detta i deras forum under support, skrivet av ngn med en di.fm-bild på sig (jobbar där antar jag)..

Strömmen har ju aldrig varit tyst på sju åtta år... klart man blir orolig.

Minns inte när jag började lyssna på Digitally Imported.com som det hette på den tiden. Jag lyssnar på EuroDance-kanalen och den kanalen fyller mitt behov av musik!

Därför blir man hänvisad till typ P4 när DI tystnar... jag har inga mp3'or eller andra alternativ... P4 på dagen suger ... så in i den!

Jag menar att P4 på natten är lite trevligare... då är det Vaken. Samma på kvällen, med sportradion. De vet hur man får mycket sagt på kort tid! :-) Till skillnad från dagpratarna... som troligen arbetar på ackord, de får betalt per ord. Då finns det ett starkt incitament att prata utan att få något sagt...

Annars finns ju alltid P3 ;)

Det är konstiga programledare i P3.

Dom pratar konstigt, dom pratar om konstiga saker och dom har konstiga program.

Jag är inte så insatt i P3... och det finns kanske en anledning till det.
