Ok. Det är helt annat än vad jag har hört, men å andra sidan låter det väldigt klart och tydligt så antagligen är det som du säger.

Ska kontakta google med ett exempel och fråga om de tycker att det är OK, i vilket fall.

Två intressanta svar. Först och främst trodde jag att det var helt omöjligt att få svar från Google!

Sen var det intressant att höra hur de stod. Som ToBad skrev i sitt första meddelande, att jag redan visste svaret. Anledningen till att man skulle göra det är ju att man skulle dra trafik dit, det är ju egentligen med ont uppsåt och då är det klart att det inte är lagligt.

Intressant diskussion hursomhelst.

På tal om nåt heeeelt annat: Jag har för mig att jag såg att jag haft Google Pack som referrer ad men sen har jag också för mig att nån sa att det inte går utanför USA (jag har inte nu). Nån som vet hur det är med det?

Jag var tvungen att kolla upp detta, så jag skickade iväg ett e-mail till Google och fick följande svar:

In general, you are welcome to place images near the Google ads on your
site. However, some implementations are not permitted by our programme
policies, so we ask that you exercise some caution when choosing or
placing the images.

To be specific, we ask that publishers do not place misleading images near
Google ads or use images that appear to be directly associated with the
advertisers and their offerings. Such images may draw undue attention to
the ads and prompt unintentional user clicks, thereby artificially
inflating advertiser costs. As you may know, drawing undue attention to
ads is in violation of our programme policies, so we are unable to approve
the placement of all images next to Google ads.

If you choose to experiment with placing images directly next to the ads,
I would strongly encourage you to maintain a visible border around the ad
units to reduce the possibility of confusing users.

Kontentan av detta, är väll att jag ska se över mina adSense-annonser lite...

Jag tror att det är lite fall till fall-specfikt också. Om din sida genererar lite trafik kanske du blir dömd hårdare, om din sida är "spammig" kanske du blir dömd hårdare.

Det finns siter som är uppbyggda med en bild + lite text (en sån square-ad med 1 adsense-text-annons), och sedan har de en exakt likadan bild + annons => användaren luras att tro att annonsen är en del av siten. Det är troligen sådana siter de inriktar sig på. Det är stor skillnad mellan att lura användaren att tro att annonsen är content och att dra användarens blick mot annonsen.

Grafisktforum tex har ju en bild med en "stop"-skylt på, den kan ju tolkas direkt som "stanna här och läs under mig", det är inte en bild jag personligen skulle våga använda.
